1. Refund and Exchange Eligibility

We offer refunds and exchanges within 10 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions:

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
• Gift Purchases: If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.

2. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Gift cards.

6. Shipping for Returns

• Do not return products to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to:

Yes — it features an IP67 rating with a sealed, weatherproof die-cast aluminum enclosure, offering protection against water, dust, and corrosion. This ensures reliable operation in severe weather and industrial conditions.

📌 Is it vandal-resistant?
Absolutely. The rugged handset with armored cord, magnetic reed hook switch, and rubber keypad are designed to withstand vandalism, heavy use, and impact without failure.

📌 What is the length of the handset cord?
The standard handset cord is 42 cm with an armored metal cord for durability. Optional heavy-duty curly cord versions are available on request. 

📌 Can I install the phone myself?
Yes — the unit supports simple wall mounting and includes mounting bar for easy installation. 

📌 How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically  10-14 business days. Expedited delivery options are available upon request (lead times vary with carrier availability).
