Installation Recommendations
To ensure the longest service life and maximum reliability in harsh industrial environments, we recommend following these installation guidelines:
- Separate Connection Boxes: It is highly recommended to install power supply and communication lines in separate IP65 (NEMA 4) rated junction boxes.
- Flexible Conduit Connection: Use flexible conduits/connectors to link the junction boxes to the telephone unit. This prevents mechanical stress on the cable glands and provides superior protection against vibration, moisture, and dust.
- Interference Prevention: Keeping high-voltage power lines separate from low-voltage communication cables (SIP/Analog) ensures clear audio transmission and prevents signal interference.
