1. Refund and Exchange Eligibility

We offer refunds and exchanges within 10 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions:

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
• Gift Purchases: If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.

2. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

1. What is the LCEX-WL used for?

2. Is LCEX-WL a siren or a beacon?

The LCEX-WL is a beacon, not a siren. It is primarily a visual warning device. If sound alarm is required, it should be used together with an explosion-proof horn, audible alarm, loudspeaker, or audible/visual alarm device.
