The LC303-PB Wall Mounted Emergency Call Box is a rugged, hands-free emergency phone for parking facilities, transportation sites, campuses, public buildings, security areas and industrial facilities.
Designed for on-wall / surface-mounted installation, it features a stainless steel enclosure, one or two programmable backlit call buttons, hands-free audio, Braille and text labeling, and a noise-cancelling microphone.
Available with Analog, SIP/VoIP or 4G LTE communication, the LC303-PB can be configured for existing telephone systems, IP networks or cellular applications.

Analog, SIP/VoIP & 4G LTE Options
SIP / VoIP
The LC303-PB-SIP connects to compatible SIP/IP-PBX systems and supports SIP 2.0 (RFC 3261). Power is provided by PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12V DC. The SIP version supports web configuration, full-duplex communication and 2 relay outputs for compatible external equipment.
4G LTE
The LC303-PB-4G provides cellular emergency communication without requiring a traditional analog telephone line. It operates from 12V DC and supports a compatible SIM, external cellular antenna, SMS programming, remote diagnostics and relay output.
Each 4G unit is configured according to the installation country, intended cellular operator, available power and required plug type. LightCom selects the appropriate regional LTE configuration based on project requirements.
When ordering, provide the country, cellular operator, power source and plug type. The customer normally supplies and activates the compatible SIM/service unless otherwise agreed.
Important: 4G operation depends on supported LTE bands, carrier requirements, SIM provisioning, voice/VoLTE service, antenna location and signal strength. Carrier compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
Analog
The LC303-PB-A connects to compatible analog PBX/PABX infrastructure and is line-powered, with no separate phone power supply normally required. It supports programmable dialing, DTMF configuration and 1 relay output.
Wall-Mounted Stainless Steel Design
The LC303-PB is an on-wall emergency call box, not a recessed flush-mount model. The stainless steel enclosure mounts directly onto the wall, with rear cable entry helping protect communication and power wiring.
The standard enclosure is 304 stainless steel, with SS316 available upon request. The platform provides IK10 impact resistance and IP55–IP65 environmental protection depending on configuration.
Accessibility Features
The phone panel includes Braille and text labels, and a hearing loop is available as an option.
For projects with ADA or other accessibility requirements, the complete configuration, mounting position, controls, signage and hearing-assistance requirements should be reviewed against applicable project and local requirements.
