The LC314-PB Flush Mount Cellular Elevator Emergency Phone is designed for permanent installation inside an elevator operating panel. It provides one-button, hands-free communication from the elevator car to a programmed monitoring center, security desk, building office, maintenance team, or other designated destination.
Available in 4G LTE cellular, SIP/VoIP, and Analog versions, the LC314-PB can be matched to the communication infrastructure already available at the building.
Its compact flush-mount design makes it particularly suitable for elevator modernization and retrofit projects, including replacement of older emergency phones where the existing operating panel can be reused or modified for the LC314-PB.
The steel front panel includes a vandal-resistant call button, noise-cancelling microphone, and built-in 2 W speaker. The LC314-PB is rated IP65 and IK10.

Designed for elevators where a conventional telephone line or Ethernet connection is unavailable or not preferred.
Connectivity: Customer-supplied compatible SIM card
Power: 12 VDC
Configuration: Remote programming by service SMS
Monitoring: Remote diagnostics for low battery voltage, weak cellular signal, speaker volume, and microphone volume
Antenna: External SMA antenna with 6.56 ft (2 m) cable
The customer selects a compatible cellular provider, activates the required SIM/service plan, installs the SIM card, and programs the required destination numbers and settings.
There is no mandatory LightCom cellular-service contract.
For North American projects, available module configurations can support major networks including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Rogers, and Telus, depending on the selected module and service. Regional module versions are also available for Europe and other international markets.
Carrier, LTE bands, SIM plan, and required voice capability should be confirmed with LightCom before ordering.
Best For: Retrofit projects, elevator modernization, buildings without an active landline, and installations where the customer wants to manage its own cellular service.

The LC314-PB is designed for flush mounting directly into an elevator operating panel or suitable enclosure panel.

The compact recessed design is especially useful for retrofit applications, where an existing elevator panel may be adapted for the new emergency phone.
Final panel cutout should be confirmed against the supplied mounting drawing before fabrication.
Basic Installation
- Prepare the panel opening.
- Route power and communication wiring to the rear.
- Connect the selected Analog, SIP, or 4G interface.
- For 4G, install the activated SIM card and external antenna.
- Secure the telephone in the panel.
- Program the destination number and required settings.
- Verify the prerecorded message if ordered.
- Perform a complete test call before commissioning.
