1. Refund and Exchange Eligibility

We offer refunds and exchanges within 10 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions:

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
• Gift Purchases: If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.

2. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

3. Non-Refundable Items

2. What is the difference between an Outdoor VoIP Phone and a regular VoIP phone?

A regular VoIP phone is usually designed for offices or indoor commercial spaces. The JR101-FK-SIP is a rugged outdoor SIP/VoIP phone built for harsh environments, with a heavy-duty enclosure, armored handset cord, weatherproof construction, and industrial mounting options.

4. Does the JR101-FK-SIP support PoE?

5. When should I choose SIP instead of Analog or 4G?

Choose the SIP version when your facility already has an IP network, SIP PBX, VoIP server, or PoE infrastructure.
Choose Analog for legacy phone lines.
Choose 4G when there is no wired network or landline available.

6. Can this phone be used at security gates or remote access points?
