Order Processing and Lead Time

Most LightCom products are industrial communication devices and may require production, configuration, programming, testing, or special preparation before shipment.

Typical order processing / preparation time is:

10–15 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the quotation, invoice, or product page.

For custom-built, special-order, modified, or project-specific products, lead time may be longer and will be confirmed separately.

Shipping Time

After the order is ready and handed over to the carrier, estimated transit time is typically:

12–15 days by air freight, depending on destination, carrier schedule, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Total estimated delivery time is usually:

Approximately 3–5 weeks after payment confirmation, depending on product availability, production schedule, configuration requirements, shipping method, customs clearance, and final destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Terms

Shipping terms may vary by order and will be stated in the invoice or quotation.

Some orders may be shipped under:

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid, when specifically stated in the invoice. Under DDP terms, freight, duties, and import-related charges included in the invoice are handled as part of the shipment arrangement.

If DDP is not stated in the invoice, the customer may be responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges required by the destination country.

Free Shipping within the U.S.

For selected products and orders, LightCom may offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Free shipping availability may vary depending on product type, order value, destination, supplier location, and shipping method.

International Shipping

LightCom ships to many countries worldwide.

For international orders, delivery times and shipping costs vary based on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, product availability, and local delivery conditions.

Some shipments may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers or manufacturing partners managing product inventory and logistics.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

For some international shipments, tracking updates may not appear immediately. In many cases, tracking becomes active after the shipment is received and scanned by the local carrier or destination hub.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including company name, contact person, phone number, email, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
