JRTNS-T Industrial SIP Intercom Server & Dispatch System
Central SIP platform for industrial intercom, dispatch, paging, recording, video and emergency communication.
The JRTNS-T Industrial SIP Intercom Server is the central communication platform for projects with multiple SIP phones, emergency intercoms, help points, paging devices and control-room operators.
It allows a control room to receive and manage calls, communicate with field stations, broadcast announcements, monitor communication points, record calls and coordinate video or alarm events from one system.
JRTNS-T uses standard SIP / RFC3261 and is available for systems with 60 to 1,000 registered terminals and 20 to 500 concurrent calls, depending on the selected model.
One Platform for Industrial Communication
JRTNS-T is designed for facilities where communication involves more than standard telephone extensions.
Instead of managing industrial telephones, emergency intercoms, paging and control-room communication as separate systems, JRTNS-T brings these functions together on one SIP-based platform.
Core Functions
Instead of managing industrial telephones, emergency intercoms, paging and control-room communication as separate systems, JRTNS-T brings these functions together on one SIP-based platform.
Intercom & Calling — two-way, hands-free and multi-party communication
Dispatch — call answering, routing, monitoring, queuing and operator control
Paging & Broadcasting — instant, scheduled, triggered and zone announcements
Recording — centralized communication recording
Video Linkage — integration with compatible IP cameras for visual verification
Alarm Linkage — communication, broadcast and video actions linked to alarm events
System Management — users, groups, permissions and hotline management
Electronic Map — visual management of communication points and events
Third-Party Integration — standard SIP connectivity and optional API integration

Intercom & Dispatch
JRTNS-T provides the communication core between operators and distributed field stations.
Operators can manage:
incoming and outgoing calls;
two-way intercom;
multi-party communication;
hands-free calls;
call queues;
call monitoring;
call recording;
multi-line communication;
centralized dispatch operations.
This is particularly useful for industrial sites where many communication points must be supervised from one control room.
Paging & Emergency Broadcasting
JRTNS-T can also manage compatible IP paging and broadcast equipment.
Functions include:
instant broadcasts;
scheduled broadcasts;
triggered emergency announcements;
zone and group broadcasting;
broadcast priority;
multicast and unicast operation.
This allows industrial telephony, emergency intercom and IP paging to operate within the same communication architecture.
Video & Alarm Integration
For sites requiring visual verification or coordinated emergency response, JRTNS-T supports video and alarm linkage.
The system can support:
IP camera preview;
intercom-to-video linkage;
alarm reporting;
sound and light alarm prompts;
alarm recording;
broadcast linkage;
alarm video linkage.
Compatibility with the selected cameras, alarm systems and third-party platforms should be confirmed during project design.
Open SIP Architecture
JRTNS-T is based on SIP signaling according to RFC3261 and is designed to work with compatible third-party SIP equipment.
Typical connected devices may include:
industrial SIP telephones;
emergency phones and help points;
SIP intercom stations;
control-room telephones;
dispatch consoles;
SIP paging equipment;
SIP voice gateways;
compatible IP cameras.
This makes JRTNS-T suitable for both new industrial communication systems and projects integrating new SIP endpoints into an existing IP infrastructure.
Choose the Required Server Capacity
The JRTNS-T series is available in five system sizes:
JRTNS-T60 - 60 registered terminals · 20 concurrent calls
JRTNS-T120 - 120 registered terminals · 50 concurrent calls
JRTNS-T300 - 300 registered terminals · 100 concurrent calls
JRTNS-T500 - 500 registered terminals · 200 concurrent calls
JRTNS-T1000 - 1,000 registered terminals · 500 concurrent calls
Server selection should consider not only the total number of endpoints, but also simultaneous calls, recording, paging, dispatch workflow, video and integration requirements.
