In an emergency, the user presses a single vandal-resistant metal button. The phone automatically places a call to a pre-programmed security or emergency number.
At the same time, the high-intensity LED beacon activates—flashing during ringing and remaining illuminated during the call—making the location immediately visible to responders and acting as a strong deterrent to crime.
