About Us
Keeping You Connected, No Matter What
Hi, my name is Mike, I am the CEO of LightCom. Over 20 years ago, we faced a problem. We needed a tough, industrial phone—one that could handle extreme conditions without failing. But when we looked at the U.S. market, we found only two choices: overpriced, high-end models or cheap, unreliable ones. There was no middle ground—no truly durable, well-made phones at a fair price.

That’s when we decided to change things. We partnered with a top manufacturer in Hong Kong and created LightCom—a brand built on one simple idea: ultra reliable, industrial-grade communication at a price that makes sense.

But we didn’t stop there. As we worked with businesses, we saw they needed more than just rugged phones. They needed smarter, safer, and more connected workplaces. So, we expanded—offering Building Management Systems (BMS), video surveillance, access control, and advanced network solutions.

Today, we’re proud to be the go-to partner for companies that can’t afford communication failures. Whether you need a weatherproof phone for an oil rig, a vandal-proof intercom for a factory, or a complete security system for your building, we’ve got you covered.

At LightCom, we believe connection is everything. And we’re here to make sure you never lose it—no matter where you are, no matter the conditions.
Our phones are built to last

Engineered to withstand the toughest conditions, our phones deliver unmatched durability and reliability for industries like oil and gas, mining, and construction.
